He successively served as the Deputy General Manager of China Non-metal Mining Industry (Group) Corporation, Deputy General Manager of China Material Industry Science and Technology Corporation, Executive Director and President of SINOMA Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of SINOMA Group Corporation, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd. and concurrently as director and General Manager of CNIC Corporation Limited. He is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNBM.

He has served as the President of Beijing FRP Research and Design Institute, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinoma Science & Technology Co.,Ltd., Vice President of China Nonmetallic Materials Corporation, Vice President and Vice Chairman of China National Materials Company Limited, Party Committee Standing Member, Director and President of China National Materials Group Corporation. He is currently Vice Chairman and Party Committee Standing Member of CNBM.

He has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Beijing New Building Material Public Limited Company, Secretary of the Board of Directors, Vice President, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary of the Temporary Party Committee of China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (CNBM Ltd.) He is currently Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.

He has served as the Office Director, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, Director of the staff and the Chairman of the Trade Union of China National Building Materials Group, member of the Party Committee, Director of the staff and the Chairman of the Trade Union, Director of Personnel and Organization Department of the Party Committee (General Manager of Human Resources Department) of CNBM. He is currently the Party Committee Standing Member and Vice President of CNBM.

He successively served as chief accountant of Xiamen ISO Standard Sand Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Materials and Manufacture Department of China Material Industry Science and Technology Corporation, director of the Finance Department of China National Materials Co., Ltd., deputy general manager and general manager of the Finance Department and general manager of the Strategic Development Department of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Beijing New Building Material Group Co., Ltd., chairman of China National Building Material Group Finance Co., Ltd., and assistant to general manager and deputy chief accountant of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. 

He successively served as director of the Finance Department of China Poly Group Corporation Limited, chief accountant of Poly International Holdings Limited, chairman and general manager of Poly Finance Co., Ltd., chairman of Poly Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and deputy chief accountant of China Poly Group Corporation Limited. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and chief accountant of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. 

He successively served as director of the Planning and Development Department and deputy Party secretary and director of the Technology Center of CLFG, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of CLFG International Engineering Co., Ltd., and deputy director and director of the Technology Management Department of China National Building Materials Group Corporation. He is currently assistant to general manager and director of the Technology Management Department of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., and secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of China Building Materials Academy Co., Ltd.
