On February 18, Chang Zhangli, General Manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), warmly met with representatives of outstanding foreign employees of 2024 from CNBM and engaged in in-depth discussions with them. The event was presided over by Zhang Sicai, Director and General Manager of CNBM.

Eleven outstanding foreign employees from ten countries across three continents, each with diverse cultural backgrounds, attended the event. The event commenced with a meticulously crafted video that vividly showcased their diligent efforts and remarkable achievements in CNBM's overseas companies, as well as their deep affection and sense of belonging to the group. Chang Zhangli, on behalf of the group, extended a warm welcome to the outstanding foreign employees and congratulated them on being elected as the outstanding foreign employees of 2024. He fully acknowledged the positive role played by foreign employees in advancing the group's internationalization process, jointly promoting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and facilitating cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries.

Chang Zhangli emphasized that CNBM has always adhered to its corporate mission of "creating a better world with materials" and upheld the development philosophy of "innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing". He noted that foreign employees, as key participants in the group's globalization strategy, are practitioners driving the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. He expressed his hope that the outstanding foreign employee representatives would continue to serve as bridges and bonds, bringing CNBM's technologies, products, and materials to all corners of the world, serving local communities, and jointly creating a better world.

During the meeting, Chang Zhangli presented the foreign employees with commemorative seals made of new materials and cultural gift packages. In return, the foreign employees prepared carefully crafted handmade gifts, sincerely expressing their gratitude for the group's long-standing support and care.

Prior to the meeting, the outstanding foreign employees visited the group's business exhibition hall. Through the tour and exchanges, they gained a deeper understanding of the group's overall development, experienced its unique corporate culture, and personally felt the commitment to the corporate mission of "creating a better world with materials". They were full of admiration for the beauty of the materials industry and the charm of the corporate culture.
