On the afternoon of October 18, the third "Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation with a focus on people-to-people connectivity was held at the China National Convention Center. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Liaison of the CPC Central Committee and co-sponsored by the Central United Front Work Department, along with more than 20 other organizations. Li Hongzhong, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, was in attendance and delivered a keynote speech. The forum drew the participation of Liu Jianchao, Minister of the Central Department of Foreign Liaison, Liu Junchen, Deputy Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, along with numerous political party representatives, experts, scholars, representatives from non-governmental organizations, and officials from relevant domestic departments, totaling over 300 attendees. Mr. Chang Zhangli, who serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Staff Director, and Chairman of the Labor Union of China National Building Materials Group, was invited to participate in the conference. The forum featured a remarkable presentation of the story showcasing China Jushi's contributions to Egypt's development and the advancement of people-to-people connectivity.
