VCM Guangfu 5000TPD Clinker Line Awarded Final Acceptance Certificate

On May 30, 2016, at the “FAC Signing Ceremony of VCM Guangfu 5000TPD Clinker Line Project” held in the 3F meeting room of the office building of Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute (HCRDI), HCRDI was awarded the final acceptance certificate (FAC) of the VCM Guangfu 5000TPD Clinker Line Project by Viet Nam Construction Material (VCM).
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Giuseppe Maniscalco (President of VCM), Ruan Nansheng (GM of VCM), Mr. Yang Tingji (Accountant-general of VCM), Zhu Bing (Executive Deputy Director of HCRDI), Hong Yun (Executive Deputy GM of HCRDI Engineering Company), Zhang Pinghong (Deputy GM of HCRDI Engineering Company), Cao Wenpeng (Project Manager, etc.). Ruan Nansheng and Zhang Pinghong signed the FAC on behalf of VCM and HCRDI, respectively.
The construction of the project was formally commenced in 2012. Under the principle of lean management, HCRDI fulfilled all the tasks of the project on schedule in accordance with the quality requirements, through scientific, reasonable and optimized organization, and brought all the technical indexes up to or above the requirements in the master contract. The FAC award symbolized that the project was completed with satisfactory results.
