Bestway visits, signs cooperation agreement with Shanghai Triumph

A delegation of eight members led by Ghulam Sarwar Malik, president of Bestway, UK paid a seven-day visit to Shanghai Triumph Energy Conservation Engineering Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Triumph) from November 10 to 16. During the visit, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement on the 12MW cogeneration project of Bestway's Pakcem Cement Plant in Pakistan.
During the visit, the technical representatives of Pakcem Cement Plant held a technical meeting with Shanghai Triumph's relevant designers. The two sides discussed and reached a consensus on the preliminary design of the project. At the signing ceremony, Sun Jian'an, executive vice president of China Triumph International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CTIEC), introduced the development of Triumph Glass, Triumph PV, Triumph Materials, Triumph Equipment and Triumph Engineering. Malik congratulated CTIEC on its brilliant results. The Pakcem cogeneration project is the maiden cooperation between Bestway and Shanghai Triumph, said him, expecting that the project will be completed as scheduled with quantity and quality assured.
Bestway is a general business group engaged in cement manufacturing, finance, transportation and service industries. With an annual output of over 6,000,000 tons, Bestway's cement plant in Pakistan is Pakistan's largest cement manufacturer as well as the largest cement exporter to Afghanistan and India.
Bestway's CFO Muhammad Irfan Anwar Sheikh, CTO Mahmood Afzal, Chief Engineer Ahmed Faisal Khatlani and other executives accompanied Malik for the visit.
