Mr. Cao Jianglin Met with a Delegation Led by Ambassador of Papua New Guinea to China

On June 1, Mr. Cao Jianglin, General Manager of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM), met with a delegation led by Mr. Christopher Mero, Ambassador of Papua New Guinea to China.
Mr. Cao Jianglin warmly welcomed the delegation led by Ambassador Christopher Mero. He reviewed the favorable cooperation between the Group Corporation and Papua New Guinea, and introduced the development of the Group Corporation in recent years in details, and the advantages and development potentials of new houses business. He said that Papua New Guinea was an important overseas market of CNBM, and that in the strategic context of “One Belt and One Road”, CNBM would intensify its cooperation with Papua New Guinea, discuss innovative cooperation modes, and strive to make contribution to the development of building materials industry in Papua New Guinea.
Ambassador Christopher Mero thanked Mr. Cao Jianglin for his warm reception, and appreciated and congratulated CNBM on its achievement obtained in Papua New Guinea in recent years. He hoped to expand the fields of cooperation with CNBM, and introduce advantageous capacity and equipment of CNBM to Papua New Guinea. He said that Papua New Guinea and some other countries in South Pacific had a large demand for new houses, and Papua New Guinea would support CNBM to operate new houses businesses there.
Mr. Wei Feng, General Manager Assistant of the Group Corporation and General Manager of the International Cooperation Department, and Mr. Chen Yu, General Manager of Beijing New Building Material Group, also attended the meeting.
