HCRDI attends "7th International VDZ Congress"

From September 25 to 27, the "7th International VDZ Congress" organized by VDZ took place in Dusseldorf, Germany. Bao Wei, vice president and chief engineer of Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute (HCRDI) and Xiong Gang, vice general manager of HCRDI Engineering Company attended the congress on behalf of HCRDI and delivered a speech entitled "Grinding System with HFCG Roller Press and Its Application".
International VDZ Congress, once four years, enjoys wide influence in the world. The congress is practical and closely related to the industry. The congress corpus is a summary of global cement technologies over the past period, which represents the technology frontier of the international cement industry. The "7th International VDZ Congress" brought together over 500 delegates from over 40 countries and arranged about 40 presentations. All world-famous cement companies made presentations, and key equipment manufacturers sent senior executives to deliver speeches. It is a grand gathering of the international cement industry. Three of the reports for keynote speeches selected by the congress were contributed by China. A paper by HCRDI was included in the congress corpus.
HCRDI's speech was arranged in the grinding session on the afternoon of October 26. FLSmidth, Pfeiffer, Loesche, Heidelberg and Polysius also delivered speeches to introduce the R & D and design concept, system technology development and typical application cases of HFCG roller press, gaining full recognition from delegates. Following the speeches, KHD's grinding experts admired HCRDI's achievements and all-round systematic solutions, and KHD's CEO undertook to strengthen relations and cooperation with HCRDI.
During its stay in Germany, the delegation led by Bao also visited Pfeiffer and the Research Institute of the Cement Industry, receiving warm welcome from experts like Martin Schneider, CEO of VDZ and president of the Research Institute of the Cement Industry. The two sides exchanged ideas on issues of strengthening technology and equipment R & D and cooperation. Schneider invited HCRDI to participate in the institute's future research projects.
