CUCC and CEMEX Asia Holding Sign Cooperation Agreement

On Apr 23, China United Cement Corporation (CUCC) and CEMEX Asia Holding Co., Ltd hold signing ceremony for cooperation agreement in Beijing, Executive Director and Vice President Cui Xingtai with CNBM and President with CUCC and President Hawking M ·E Suarez with CEMEX Asia Holding sign the agreement on behalf of their respective party.
During signing ceremony, Mr. Cui expresses welcome for the cooperation between CEMEX Asia Holding Co., Ltd and CUCC, and extends gratitude for the trust and support from CEMEX Asia. Mr. Cui wishes the signing will be a new opportunity for more modes of cooperation in the future, such that more outstanding performance can be jointly achieved.
Mr. Hawking M ·E Suarez exchanges with Mr. Cui on current concrete market situation in ardent air. He expresses that CEMEX group has undergone different stages of concrete market growth in numerous countries and regions, and is willing to offer support and help for partner like CUCC in terms of such experience. He expects the cooperative Qingdao CEMEX Concrete Co., Ltd will be integrated into CUCC soon, such that sound growth could be attained.
