Group Leaders Met with Sumitomo Delegation from Japan

On April 16, Huang Anzhong, Vice President of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM),and President of China National Building Materials Import & Export Corporation, met with the high-level delegation of Sumitomo Corporation led by Sasaki Nozomias a senior managing director.
Huang Anzhong firstly extended warm welcome to the visiting guests and introduced the rapid development and achievements of the group in recent years as well as its import and export business while affirming the sound cooperation between the two sides.
The Japanese delegation described in detail Sumitomo's business carried out in China at present. Sasaki Nozomi said that Sumitomo was among the corporations that took the initiative to conduct trading and cooperating with China in early days, and he expressed his admiration for CNBM's rapid development and remarkable performance, especially in recent years. He expressed Sumitomo's will to conduct more extensive and further cooperation in various fields, including timber, cement, logistics, steel, and overseas markets, with CNBM on the current basis.
During the meeting, the two sides fully exchanged their ideas over possible areas in which the two parties can conduct more cooperation, and agreed to conduct cooperation in more areas on the basis of mutual trust and assigned a letter of intent.
